Leah-Jean Guffey
Mrs. Leah is the proud owner of the L.M.ent dance studios, Hip Hop Instructor, Beginner Ballet Tap Jazz Instructor, Adult Yoga Instructor, and teaches Elite Team classes.
She has been dancing for over 17 years and holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Dance Education from the University of Tennessee at Martin, where she continues her dance education as frequently as she can. In addition to dancing, she has been doing color guard since she was a toddler and she has been playing oboe for 17 years. She frequently assists local color guard teams, as well as Ripley High School's Dance and Band programs whenever she can. Mrs. Leah lives in Dyersburg, TN with her husband Bruce and 3 children, Oliver, Louise, and Ida.
Michaela Forsythe
Mrs. Michaela is our Elite Team Director, Studio Manager, AcroDance Instructor, Peppy Pom Instructor, and teaches Elite Team Classes.
She has been dancing for over 20 years. She has a Bachelor's of Arts in Dance Education from the University of Tennessee at Martin. A competitive dancer for 10 years, Michaela has placed in National Competitions and has had the opportunity to assist professional dancers from the show "So You Think You Can Dance". Her list of accomplishments include performing in the Chick-Fil-A Bowl Parade, opening for the Music City Rockette's Christmas Spectacular, and performing in the Spector Dance Showcase in Marina, California. She is also the dance teacher and dance team coach at Ripley High School. Mrs. Michaela lives in Covington, TN with her husband Dustin, their two dogs, and cat.
Crystal Cox
Mrs. Crystal (or "CC" to the toddlers) is our Social Media Manager, Mommy and Me instructor, Creative Movement Instructor, Musical Beginnings Instructor, Toddler Yoga Instructor, and chaos coordinator.
With her preschool and early education experience, along with her love of children, she and the toddlers are a perfect match. When she isn't teaching in class, she is available to answer any and all questions (she works with toddlers, so there is no such thing as a stupid question). Crystal lives in Ripley with her husband Stevie and daughters Cid and Tilly.
Deana Graham
Mrs. Deana is our Taekwondo instructor. She also teaches any other class when we may need her!

Aisa is our Peppy Pom assistant! She is the RHS Cheer captain, and has YEARS of cheer experience.
Eva Wright
Eva is our assistant in Acro P-L1 and in many Level 1 and 2 classes. She can also be found assisting in Air and Water elite team classes.

Aubree Newman
Aubree is our assistant in Acro P-L1, Peppy Pom, and in many Level 1 and 2 classes. She can also be found assisting in elite team classes.
Hadley Harden
Hadley is our assistant in Creative Movement, and Beginner Ballet, Tap, Jazz. She can also be found assisting in Earth elite team classes.
